You won't find any mirrors, elipticals, or cable machines at CrossFit 214. We're interested less in appearances than we are with results. Some of our favorite things are pull-up bars, kettlebells, and barbells, coupled with plenty of space in which to run, jump, throw, and lift. All of our workouts are centered around the way your body is meant to move making you better at life and sport.
Our small group classes are an hour long and entirely coach led. You'll be taken through stretching and flexibility work, a comprehensive warm-up, and a full body workout including both strength and metabolic conditioning (aka. cardio, but better). It's much like being on an athletic team where you have your friends working with you and cheering you on while a coach guides you through the workout. If you ask our athletes chances are they started CrossFit because they heard it works and have stayed because it's fun.
