Do my credits ever expire?
The only way credits expire is if you DO NOT purchase any new credits within a 6 month time period.
How do I workout at a THP location?
It’s simple, first find your workout for the day using one of the many search workout features. Once you know what you are in the mood for check the location’s individual page to be sure you have everything required for that specific workout. Now you’re ready to go, just give the studio your name, member id or phone number and they will check you in.
What are THP credits?
Credits are our way of differentiating between fitness locations. All of the locations in the network offer top rate workouts, but credits vary typically based on class size, amenities, and staff.
How much does it cost to go to a studio?
Each location sets a different required credit amount, anywhere between 1 and 5 credits per visit.
How do I cancel my account?
Contact us or send an email to info@thehallpass.com and we will cancel your account, no questions asked.
Is there a fee to cancel my account?
No, you are free to come and go as you please. Although we hate to see you leave.
How do I change my credit plan?
We will always bill you for the same plan you most recently purchased. If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your credit package you may do so by purchasing that plan under our plans and pricing page. You may also contact us or send us an email at info@thehallpass.com to change your plan.
How do I change the renewal setting on my plan?
Log in to your THP account and under the profile tab you will see a menu to change your account renewal settings.
How do I change my credit card or billing information?
We will always charge the same credit card you most recently used. If you'd like to change the card being billed you may do so by using the new card during your next purchase. .
How do I upload/change my profile picture?
Log in to your THP account and under the profile tab you will see a menu to change your profile picture.
How do I change my email or password?
Log in to your THP account and under the edit tab you will see a menu to change your email and/or password. Just remember to hit 'Save'.
How do I see my recent orders?
Log in to your THP account and under the orders tab you will see all of your historical transactions.
