Our boot camps are far from “vanilla.” We keep each workout different and fresh. You never know what to expect. Once day we’ll do team and partner challenges, speed & agility work, parachutes, sleds, suspension training,- battling ropes, etc. And some days, we’ll take it old school. You never know so just come ready to work.
There is one thing that you can be certain of with every session of ours — you will leave DRENCHED!
