ABOUT THE PILATESBARRE:
The PilatesBarre offers a revolutionary twist on traditional pilates in small group classes using the black edition megaformer created by celebrity trainer, Sebastien Lagree. At the PilatesBarre, we believe Joseph Pilates created a great technique for physical therapy, but Sebastien Lagree revolutionized the method to create a "pilates with a beat" workout for the modern day. In 50 minutes you will find your beat with a heart pumping workout infusing elements of pilates, weight training and cardio. Trust us, you will love being on the beat!

BEFORE YOU GO:
**WALK-INS ARE WELCOME, BUT DUE TO SMALL CLASS SIZES, RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED. YOU MAY RESERVE A SPOT AT THE PILATESBARRE BY EITHER CALLING THE LOCATION, OR THROUGH MIND BODY ONLINE**

**FIRST TIME CLIENTS NEED TO EMAIL THE STUDIO AT info@thepilatesbarre.com TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT AND RESERVE A SPOT.**

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations are subject to a 12 hour cancellation policy. You may cancel through Mind Body Online or by emailing info@thepilatesbarre.com by 5 PM the day before your scheduled class. Any reservations not cancelled 12 hours in advance will result in the credits being deducted from your Hall Pass account.
