Rules & Refunds
Overview:
The Hall Pass gives you full access to all of our participating fitness locations. Use the search options available on the website to find your workout type, time and location. Prior to attending workouts, be sure and check the specific requirements associated with each location. Occasionally workouts require pre-registration, early arrival, or some prior experience. We make every attempt to keep our website up to date, but last minute changes and updates are best provided by each fitness location. If you have any questions regarding specific workouts, don’t hesitate to reach out to the gyms or check out their website.
Plans & Credits:
Are you ready to surpass your fitness goals and sign up for The Hall Pass? First, you need to decide which of our 4 plans you want to buy.
10 credit - $50.00 - ($5.00 / credit)
15 credits - $70.00 - ($4.67 / credit)
25 credits - $110.00 - ($4.40 / credit)
40 credits - $175.00 - ($4.38 / credit)
Don’t worry, you can’t go wrong here. All of your credits are good for 6 months, so you’ll have plenty of time to get the most of your money (and recover from your initial soreness!). And, if you purchase additional credits within the next 6 months, ALL of your credits will extend and be good for the next 6 months. That’s right, as long as you check in with us at least every 6 months and add to your account balance, your credits will never expire. Our goal is to make it so you never have to worry about credits expiring.
The only way credits expire is if you DO NOT purchase any new credits within a 6 month time period
Renewal Options:
We realize that everyone is different and people want options when it comes to renewing their Hall Pass. Here are the 3 options to pick from when purchasing The Hall Pass. Keep in mind that you can cancel or change your account at anytime with no costs and no fees.
Automatic Monthly Renewal:
This plan allows you to stick to a budget and not have to worry about buying a package of credits each month. Pick a plan and we will automatically bill you for this plan each month, just like your gym at home (but you can use our credits whenever and wherever!).
Automatic Low Balance Renewal:
This plan is geared toward those who are too busy to worry about account balances. Pick a plan and we will bill you for the same plan every time your total balance drops below 5 credits (and remember you can change plans at any time for no cost).
No Automatic Renewal:
This plan is for the “do-it-yourselfers” out there. We’ll send you a reminder when you’re credits get low, but it will be up to you to go online and add credits to your account.
Billing:
By selecting and agreeing to one of the renewal options above, you are giving us permission to charge your account accordingly.
If you select the “Automatic Monthly Renewal” you authorize us to charge your account every month for the credit package selected in your membership account settings. We will automatically charge your credit card every month on the closest calendar day associated to the date of initial registration. In the event the registration date falls on a day NOT in a given calendar month, we will charge your account on the last day of the given month (i.e. – January 31 registration date = February 28 charge date). This monthly charge will continue until you either change your account settings or cancel your account.
If you select the “Automatic Low Balance Renewal” you authorize us to charge your account every time your total credit balance drops below 5 credits (i.e. – 4 credits or less). When this happens, we will automatically charge your credit card for the credit package selected in your membership account settings. This monthly charge will continue until you either change your account settings or cancel your account.
If you select the “No Automatic Renewal” you are NOT authorizing any automatic charge to your account. When your total credit balance drops below 5 credits (i.e. – 4 credits or less) we will simply send you an email alerting you to your total balance. We will keep track of your billing information in the event you decide to change your account settings down the road.
You accept that from time to time total charges may change. This includes but is not limited to account changes, changes to fees and taxes, promotional offers, additional credits, or charges for replacement membership cards. If we modify any charges, we will notify you via email so you are aware of all activity on your account.
Refunds:
All charges and fees are non-refundable, and it is our sole discretion to decide whether or not to give a refund. Prior refunds given do not obligate us to give a similar refund in the future.
Changes and/or Cancellation:
There are no fees and no contracts with The Hall Pass. You are free to change or cancel your account at any time and for any reason. Keep in mind that you must cancel your account BEFORE any automatic billing date in order to avoid charges, and all unused credits on a canceled account will be lost.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at anytime and for any reason.
